Sicker Man

Sicker Man is the solo project of Tobias Vethake (Blainbieter, VINCENT (blankrecords), Fotomaton) where he hovers between true ambient pop singles and new ways of defining classical music. After studying classical cello at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover, Tobias Vethake was drawn to songwriting, initiating several collaborative as well as solo projects.
Picking up many other instruments in the process, such as guitar, bass, mandolin, synthesizers, Rhodes, drums, and electronics, Tobias has found his new home painting beautifully strange landscapes that touch on both his classical and songwriting talents.
